Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all UK orders ~ no minimum spend required.

Your remedies are carefully packaged and posted every Monday and Thursday via Royal Mail.

For international orders, we offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of £5.

Please note ~ due to customs regulations, we’re currently only able to ship glycerine-based formulas outside of the UK (alcohol-based remedies cannot be sent abroad at this time).

Delivery

All orders are carefully mixed and packaged by hand.

UK orders are usually dispatched every Monday and Thursday via Royal Mail. You’ll receive an email once your parcel is on its way.

International orders are posted via standard international delivery. Please allow up to 10–14 working days for arrival, depending on location and customs processing times.

Returns

As each flower remedy is hand-blended to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If something isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to get in touch within 7 days of delivery ~ I’ll always do my best to make things right.
